Review receivables aging

Use Accounts Receivable → AR Aging to identify outstanding balances and open the statement behind a total.

  1. Confirm the company and open AR Aging.
  2. Set the as-of date to the date you want to review.
  3. Review the summary tiles: Current (≤30 d), 31–60 days, 61–90 days, and 90+ days.
  4. Find the resident or customer in the table and review their bucket amounts and total.
  5. Select the name to open the full statement. The name opens the statement as a whole, rather than filtering it to a single aging bucket.

Use the underlying charges, dates, and receipts to understand the balance before following up. The screen’s “Current (≤30 d)” label should not by itself be treated as proof that every included charge is within its payment terms.

If a payment has arrived, record and allocate a receipt. If a charge is missing, review the original billing record and its journal status before creating an invoice.

An unmatched AR customers badge means some customer records have not resolved through the resident directory. Review the customer records before assuming the resident view includes every expected account.

For the report version, open Report Library and select AR Aging under Receivables. Keep the review date consistent when comparing outputs.
